in which the customer is at the center of each action.
From the initial needs analysis to the release of the finished product,
our team works with attention, expertise and passion to identify the most suitable formulation,
in line with the required functional objectives.
In the first phase, the specification sent by the customer is carefully analysed by the technician identifying:
A formula that satisfies all needs is developed based on these assessments. The corresponding technical sheet is then drawn up, containing all the parameters that will be used as a reference for the next production phase.
A first small-scale sampling is carried out in our in-house laboratory and all possible tests are performed to validate compliance with the customer’s requirements and, if necessary, optimize the formula before industrial production.
Afterwards, we carry out a processing test at the customer’s production site to be personally present in case of any need, and offer direct and timely support during the vulcanization process.
After the customer’s approval, the first industrial-scale supply takes place. This step is also constantly monitored to make sure that the results obtained in the operational sampling are respected even at the industrial level.
Our work does not end with the supply, our team remains available for any further need of the customer.
